I’ve spent the last 14 years inside enterprise technology. Analyst. Founder. Leader. Advisor. The whole arc. Along the way, I developed a habit of noticing things - patterns in how technology actually moves through organizations, how decisions get made (and avoided), where the conventional wisdom is quietly breaking down.
Most of those observations lived in my head, in conversations, or in work that belonged to someone else’s platform. Operator’s Log is the place where they live on their own terms.
This is my space for thinking out loud. Some posts will be about AI and where it’s actually headed versus where people say it’s headed. Some will be about strategy, systems, or how organizations really work. Some will just be an idea I can’t shake and need to pull apart.
There are no content publishing objectives here. No editorial calendar. No hot takes engineered for engagement. Just thoughts from someone who’s been close enough to see how the machine works and curious enough to keep asking questions about it.
New posts at least every couple of weeks. Probably more often once I get rolling.
